There are so many directions you can take in the Janitorial Management Cleaning Business that have nothing to do with cleaning toilets on your hands and knees, yet you can make a very good living. Just one of these ways is to specialize in the window cleaning business. Now before you say that you do not do windows hear me out, please! Because so many janitorial management cleaning businesses do not have the patients or the staffing to perform window cleaning they almost always sub contract it out to people just like you that specialize in it. They do this for a couple of reasons as I mentioned earlier, but primarily because the kind of employee it takes to clean windows is different than the person doiong routine janitorial work. The reason they need to be different is because in the window cleaning business you will run across every type of window in the world and you need someone that can figure things out so that you will not do damage to the window. Some windows can be pulled out easily, whioe others take some smarts upstairs to figure out. Since insurance doesn't cover accidents that are caused by someone that is supposed to be an expert then you will be on the hook for the damages. For this reason a jnaitorial management cleaning business will choose to contract the work out instead of doing it themselves. You can target everything from strip malls to residential properties. Regarding residential properties target rich neighborhoods and elderly ones. Both want this service and will pay for it. Others would be chain stores like supermarkets where they place advertisements and other things to attract their customers.
