Shirdi is a little holy city found in Maharashtra, 296 kilometers away from Mumbai. Shirdi is also known as the Shirdi Nagar Panchayat and is in the Ahmednagar District. Each year Shirdi witnesses an in-flow of 1,000,000 advocates as it was once the home of Late Shirdi Sai Baba. Shirdi has its own station and trains stop at Shirdi Sai Nagar, which lies 2 kilometers away from the key church. Shirdi Fast Fathers is an express train which runs daily and is the sole train that stops at Shirdi Sai Nagar. There are more stations around Shirdi at Manmad and Kopergaon. Shirdi, being a pilgrimage centre, has lots of hostels starting from not so dear ones to 3 star hostels and plush 5 star ones. Hotel Sharan is one of the well priced Shirdi Hostels as it is not so tough on the pocket. The hotel is found centrally at Pimpalwadi Road, near to the church. They have got a total of sixty rooms which are air conditioned together with TV sets and twenty-four hour running water. If you are a gigantic group there are adjoining rooms as well. The hotel serves only veggie food with different cuisines like Indian, Continental and Chinese. It's also got a twenty-four hour caf. Hotel Kuber Hotel is a 3 star hotel found on the same road as the key church. It has thirty five nicely furnished rooms including patio rooms and apartments. The patio rooms and apartments overlook lush greenery which is pleasant to the eyes. They supply twenty-four hour food services through a caf. They have an eatery called Kalpana which serves luxurious Indian food. They supply their clients with a present shop so all guests can take back keepsakes to recollect the place.
