Celebrity Talent Promotions, a Windermere, Florida based celebritybooking firm openly solicits on its website: Hire Speaker Pippa Middleton . Inside it states that Britain's Duchess Catherine"s sister:Pippa Middleton is available for 'Corporate Appearances, SpeakingEngagements, Endorsements & Autograph Signings'. The American firm has even posted a photograph of the 28-year-oldbrunette at the website, the same picture of Pippa Middleton asseen during the William and Kate royal wedding. Underneath the image it furnishes the information: 'We are acelebrity booking agency that also hires Pippa Middleton... as akeynote presenter for speaking engagements, trade shows,conventions and store grand openings.' It goes on to add that, for a price, Kate Middleton"s siblingcan be booked for 'event hosting, licensing deals, productendorsements, print advertising and television commercials'. Celebrity Talent Promotions claims it can 'hire out' PippaMiddleton for £90,000 a time. But the daughter ofmillionaires Michael and Carole Middleton of Berkshire; has nothingto do with this US firm and cannot be hired out by them. When the celebrity booking firm was contacted by the Daily Star Sunday newspaper as to how much it would cost to book Pippa Middleton,they quoted a price of £62,000 to £93,000. Explaining about the costs involved, one of the agency workers AdamPlotkin pointed: 'You have to understand that she is connected toroyalty so there are security issues here. The final figure mighteven be much higher." 'We're talking about two or three first-class round-trip airlinetickets from London, plus five-star hotel accommodation while she'shere. If you email me all the details about your event we willforward them to her." Meanwhile when told about the US Company"s claims, anofficial spokesman for Prince William"s sister-in-law Pippa,said they would carry out an immediate investigation into thematter. It was emphatic: 'This Company does not represent my client and hasno authority to make these claims about her on its website. We willbe contacting them about this issue.'
