Pizza is often a food that's enjoyed by most people and October seems to be the month dedicated as Pizza Month. Is there a month that pizza is just not enjoyed? I don't think so. Everyone is reluctant to eat homemade pizza, as it tastes too doughy or soggy for their liking. But this could easily be remedied before it occurs again by identifying the situation. As soon as you pull a homemade pizza out of your oven the aroma will draw you in straight away. But that same excitement can turn to disappointment when the pizza crust is doughy or soggy through the added ingredients. How can you build a restaurant-style crisp pizza crust?

To guarantee the perfect quality and the taste of the pizza in the world, you must have this 3 following items. The ultimate pizza in the world starts with the best pizza dough flour and the best pizza dough recipe. The best pizza dough flour is 00 or single 0 or bread flour. You must have flour that has high protein content. The top three that professional pizza makers use are Antimo Caputo oo, Antimo Caputo Pizzeria Flour and King Arthur Organic Bread Flour. These flours used separately or together in various combinations will produce a thin crust crunchy outer layer and chewy inner layer that has a heavenly texture and flavor in your mouth.
