Because by physical exercise you can able to make movement of your body and also it helps to reduce your extra fat. But don't do excess exercise. Because anything excess isn't good all time. Take a physical exercise in the morning and evening for 30 minutes. It will be very effective for your body. It is not a wise thinking to pass your time by sitting, sleeping and other lazy works. 3. Doctors Advise: At the last process you can take a specialized doctor's advice. You must follow the proper instructions what your doctor said. He will also give you a prescription with some medicine. So you will have to take the proper medicine in time to time. If you maintain your doctor's advice you can able to losing more weight for your body in such a short time. At last, I want to tell you that don't waste your valuable time. It is really important for your body. Keep moving your body and always associate with work.
