It is always wise to use caution and to take considerations when experimenting with fasting. For example, pregnant women and individuals with glucose level issues should think about using alternative eating programs and diets. Practicing caloric restriction or limited calorie intake has proven to be the most successful way to obtain a healthy body weight. This is very important factor when considering heart and age related diseases.
