There are many construction companies which are neglecting the security and safety measures of their workers. Recently there were three important incidents because of which the Dynabuild Construction Company wasconvicted for not taking the required safety of the workers at the construction site. # 1 Reason: The first case of negligence in the safety of workers was noticed when a worker Steve Saadgot injuries after he fell down from a height of 7.3 meters while he was working. The lack of safety like protection system was the reason of the injury. The floor on which he fell down was made up of concrete and it caused him skull fractures andhemorrhage along with many other injuries. # 2 Reason: The second case includes the accident in which, Joseph Karam got in serious condition. Dynabuild was charged for ignorance for this accident as, when Joseph was working without fall protection, the supervisor ignored him. #3 Reason: In the third accident related to the safely and security of the workers in construction companies is related to worker Ryan Stewart who was risking his life while he was working in the construction site. The security system was not at all in a good condition. The inspector who was supposed to take care of the safety measures, ignored the important measures related to safety.
