We the humans of the era, everyone right from a child to an old person everyone experiences numerous stressful situations in numerous ways. We all experiences stressful situations, but it onto every individual up to how much to get influenced or affected by the stressful situations that one is caught with. Medical advances has proven that those minor stress and tension can get you headaches and can lead to one of the major ailment like Migraine attacks. So it is advisable to every individual to start managing their stress right at the early stage of getting experienced to avoid the possibility of getting any other major ailments related to stress and tensions of the life.

Stress management can be a powerful tool for wellness, as too much of stress can result into affecting the physical health. There are many strategies which can be adopted by individuals, out of many one is about what eat and in what quantity. Certainly diet can help any individual to fight against their stress making them more prone to get affected by the dieses caused due to stress. With the right nutritional food one can reduce the impact of the stress on their body and effectively repair any damage that has been done prior to this.

A balanced diet prepares your body for the stress that one might be experiencing in his day-to-day activity. A balanced diet prepares you for taking up the stress and stressful situations. The following rules will assist you in keeping your body’s natural defenses up and make your body more resistant to the stress. - Good nutrition: A wide variety of food is available to select from to get the quality nutritional value that is needed in day-to-day life. Nutrients that you may need include minerals, vitamins, proteins, good fatty acids and energy that come from food rich in carbohydrates, proteins and fats. - .

  • Good diet plan:

One of the most important factors reducing on the high stress level is having a balanced diet. With a balanced diet and a correct nutritional management, your body will be well prepared for facing any type of stress scenarios.

  • Avoiding certain food:

Fast foods and drinks are considered to be ‘junk’ or ’quick fix’ causing stress to your body. Although these products makes you feel rejuvenated after consumption but in the long run, they can damage your body. Other examples of such food might be: Coffee containing high amount of caffeine, excess sugar, smoking, alcoholism to name a few.

  • Increasing ‘immune system enhancing’ nutrients:

After highlighting on – what not to consume, we can now highlight the foods and drinks that should be consumed by someone. Although these foods are recommended, every person’s taste choice might differ from another. Therefore it’s very important that we choose healthy food that you are going to enjoy.

You are advised to consume foods with nutritional value: Given below are the foods & their nutritional value:

B vitamins: found in sea weeds and raw food even there are many B vitamin types tonics & tablets.

Proteins & Iron: meats, eggs, seeds, nuts etc.

A vitamin: Cheese, eggs, fish, oil, milk etc

C vitamin: Fruits (Apple, Banana, Orange etc)

Magnesium: Green leaved vegetables, fish, meat & dairy products.

Stress is going to happen at some or the other point in human’s life. You can either let your body suffer from the stress or you can wisely choose to do something about it. When stress occurs, incorporating a wise diet plan into your lifestyle will help you pull through any challenging times that you may come across.
