Every person has a routine, whether it is consciously or unconsciously done. The most basic of it is to eat, bathe, work, and sleep. These four actions are what comprise our every day, and the only thing that stands against its perfect circulation is boredom. Wouldn’t you agree? Once boredom reaches your mind, the amounted time for sleep is far longer than work since an individual would rather sleep than work. Now, that can you agree with? Ha! Nevertheless, our greatest enemy is boredom (especially to the impatient), and it can take up the entirety of our lives as we strive to get past it for as long as we can. So, what possible solutions can we turn to actually get past it? Well, you can always read a book…oh wait, no one does that anymore; at the very least, only a few do read with a real, handheld book. What we have now are smartphones, tablets, ultrabooks, and whatnot as replacement for the things we usually go with for centuries long before these technological breakthroughs came to view. If you are much a fan of reading, do it with technology. Try out the following websites where you use your eyes to read and your mind to process and actually enjoying yourself, eventually getting the boredom out of your system. 1. Pinterest. Do you prefer to look at pictures rather than words? I have one excellent place where you could exhaust your eyes and won’t stop until it gets the best out of you. Trust me, you won’t get enough of it, even “word-lovers” can’t. Pinterest is a site where thousands to millions of pictures are being posted each day by the many people of Earth that share for their fellow humankind to see and in extreme cases, become addicted to. Pinterest includes a number of categories you can choose from; whichever it is you desire to smack open those droopy eyes of yours. You can even find a good mobile back case design here. I, for one, place Pinterest as my “go-to guy” when boredom comes by for a visit. 2. Stumble Upon. Now, if you are the type that can’t seem to make up his mind on whatever it is he wants to do, I recommend Stumble Upon as the site to go to. Professionals of various trades take time to share their ventures through Stumble Upon. Like Pinterest, Stumble Upon provides tons of subjects which targets the brain and not just humor. Unlike Pinterest, seldom will you find celebrities or LOL humor in Stumble Upon. In my opinion, the people here share more on knowledge about their respective trades rather than random topics. Who knows, you might even find your calling just by typing stumbleupon.com in that little horizontal box located above the tool that is called the browser. 3. Mental Floss. This guy can fill you up with worldly facts that you are just so tired of looking in a library. I call this guy my handy encyclopedia as it contains various topics that usually pique my interest. It includes a lot of known facts, but what makes this a great site for me is that they usually discuss the little things that we fall curious about. Have you any idea of the origin of the mistletoe every Christmas? They do, and now, I do too. Check it out on your free time and maybe, you’ll find your curiosities resolved. Well, well. Time for me to check these…go to some place I’m needed. *chuckle* Have fun with these three incredibly addictive and informative websites! Related Articles Techno Geek's Phobia Healthy Techie
