Powell also leads team talks about daily and competition nutrition for specific sports, educating young and adult athletes on the value of various nutritional needs at every phase, including during off seasons, while training, in competition, and while recovering. Powell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in Wisconsin and a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. Powell also completed the Metabolic Efficiency Certification Seminar from Multisport University, which is poised at the cutting edge of modern athleticism. She is confident that she can help any person who is looking to change his or her life.
