Kids, teenagers and adolescents likes to go outside and have restaurant food as compared to homemade food because it’s tasty and more attractive as compared to the food made at home. But we can make healthy food and add taste to the same at home itself. If the food made at home looks attractive and is presented nicely, it becomes easy to attract kids for eating the food and at the same time it gives them an additional nutritional value. They are tasty and healthy too. If the food served is healthy and the diet they are having is balanced than they will be free from any kind of illness and are able to have different types of tasty cuisines without spending money and free from the risk of any disease. So if we compare both homemade cuisines and restaurant cuisines both are good at their place like home made cuisines are healthier and restaurant cuisines are more appealing to the customers and tasty.
