It can be anything about China or Chinese culture. You can choose a Chinese book basic on your hobby or habbits. For me, i like read novels and i will find a Chinese novel. Start by reading the contect as normal. Find your favourite chapter and pick up the page of Chinese book. Read this chapter and write some unknown Chinese words. Don't focus on these words while you are reading. Leave the book and do something else for a while (T.V, computer etc.)Maybe you can find a good Chinese movie or TV. you can leave this Chinese book and play Plants & Zombies for a while. Once you come back to read the first chapter, give your self a set time to read. When you have finished that chapter, read the next if you think you will finish it in time. Carry on like this whenever you have time, and because you aren't reading loads at a time, you feel you have read it in less time.
