1. Mixing system and aggregate batching system should be allocated to meet maximum daily output according to construction period, concrete amount and so on. One production line is consisted of a concrete mixer and batching system. In general, one production line is enough for a ordinary project while two production lines are adopted to ensure the constant supply of concrete for the project when it occurs to a larger and more important project. The two production lines should be arranged in parallel. To a large scale project, we can install a large scale concrete batching plant and allocate some concrete mixer truck to meet the need of concrete.
2. Aggregate storage yard must be big enough to store the amount that the whole projects need. In addition, the different aggregate should be piled up separately to avoid inaccuracy of dosing. The yard should be hardened to make it simple for loading and to avoid earth is mixed into aggregate.
3. One or two water tank should be allocated to a concrete batching plant to guarantee the mixture of concrete and the cleaning of concrete mixer machine. One production line should have two cement silos at least. This can not only meet the needs of concrete but also can avoid overstock of cement.
4. As to the method to transport concrete, we can choose the way of concrete pump or concrete mixer truck. Concrete pump usually is installed in the front of concrete mixer and is got to concrete placement. To the place where concrete pump cannot reach, we can choose concrete mixer truck.
