Use of improper care products, overusing face wash and soap can also cause dull skin. Dry skin has a rough and dull appearance. Some people develop it with time due to several factors while others are born with it. It is likely to age faster as it lacks sufficient moisture and oils to keep it supple and soft. ?

So, what care should be given to this condition? If you are affected by this, you should use the basic care regimen which is recommended for all types of skin. This includes moisturizing, toning and cleansing. In addition, oil massage for the body and the face using either almond or olive is recommended before taking a shower. You should bathe using warm water and apply a suitable body lotion and moisturizer immediately after bathing. Finally, you should not forget a sunscreen when going out during sunny days. Honey is a good option for those who want to follow the natural path to a smooth and glowing skin. It is a good moisturizer and it can be applied regularly over the neck and face, but remember to wash it after ten minutes. A face mask consisting of a rosewater, honey, and raw egg is very beneficial to this condition. Smashed ripe bananas and fresh cream mixed with mashed ripe strawberries will provide a similar effect.

At times, extra care is needed for excellent results. This care constitutes the application of a night and outer cream. These creams provide essential oils and prevent the signs of premature aging such as fine lines and wrinkles. Internal approach to dry skin care is also very efficient and it concentrates on normalizing the skin through habits, nutrition and diet.

It is amazing to realize how simple measures like drinking more water can improve the moisture levels. On the other hand, habits such as smoking, over consumption of refined sugars and alcohol can dry your skin but many people don't realize this. Taking diets rich in vital nutrients from natural vegetables and fruits sources will help by renewing and invigorating elements. Some of these effective foods are garlic, watermelon, spinach and oranges which are high in antioxidants. They moisturize the skin internally by neutralizing the free radicals in the skin. Do you want to achieve the best results? Then combine the above external and internal methods.
