But over sleep is not good for our health. We have to sleep at least 7 or 8 hours a day to make a good health at the old age. 4. Give up bad habits Many people have some bad habits which drawback us to make good health. Bad habits like smoking, drinking and taking drugs are not only harmful for our health but also for mentality. Bad habits ruin our life. Smoking, drinking and taking drugs is the main reason of cancer. So give up your bad habits to live a happy life. 5.
