Improve your face Do you remember that saying, “Beauty is only skin deep?” Well, that may be true. And that may be not. You see, the perception of beauty is relative. And yes, there are people who believe that the kind of beauty the mainstream media promotes is overrated. But, there are more who believe in that kind of ideal beauty. You, however, can do something about it. All you need is a little make up, a little trip to the dental clinic every 6 months, some decent clothes, and a killer confidence in your self-improvement. You will need determination most of all. Without it, you won’t be able to take the first step. Improve your body This might be the hardest, especially if you are overweight or even bordering on the obese. However, determination is the key in going through any hardship. And let me tell you. You can’t accomplish physical fitness just by sitting there feeling sorry for yourself. Go out! Jump some ropes. Go to the gym. Run around your neighborhood. It is hard, yes. However, once you have already conquered it and turned it into a habit, staying fit won’t be too hard at all. I know all this may come as hurdles in a very long race. But you have to know that this is not a race. This is a marathon. And whoever has the most endurance and determination wins the marathon. Believe me when I say you can do this. but, of course, you have to believe in yourself first. Believing in yourself will make all the difference in this journey you are about to take.
