NISM Series VI – Depository Operations Certification Exam is basically meant for creating a benchmark for common minimum knowledge that is required by the people in the field of stock markets. NISM Series VIII certification deals in equity derivatives certification examination. This test series help in creating benchmark for the basic knowledge for the person associated with equity derivative segment of a recognized stock exchange. The main aim of this test series is to have better understanding about the derivative products available in equity derivative markets. It also helps in better understanding of the financial structure in India and importance of different rules and regulations governing the Securities market of India. Basic topics covered in this test series are basics of derivatives, better understanding about the index, introduction to forwards & futures, options trading strategies and accounting taxation.
