How to Blog For Traffic Blogging can be such a powerful method to create and develop an Internet Network Marketing business. You see, if you truly want to make money in this business you need consistent targeted traffic, and lots of it, so just because I am going to instruct you on how to get your blog indexed with the search engines and get a good back link structure organised, don’t think for one minute that this will be enough. You will also have to spend some money on advertising to really maximize the earning potential of your blog. However, what I will share with you today is a good starting point for your blog. Firstly you will need to install an RSS feed onto your blog. What is an RSS feed? I hear you ask. Well, think of an an RSS feed (stands for really simple syndication) like a national daily newspaper or magazine which contains some kind of regular word game or competition. The newspaper or magazine is the home of the puzzle, but as it is printed in all of the newspapers or magazines belonging to that particular news business/publishing house, it is spread across the country, this then is called syndication. However, to enable the facilitation of this info across the internet, a standard is needed to pass the information back and forth, and that is where RSS comes in. It provides the standard for syndicating articles across the worldwide web. I highly recommend using Feed Burner for this its a free service, and it integrates nicely with most of the popular blogging platforms, and will help you keep track of your subscribers and increase your ability to make money with your blog. Next you should submit your blog to these sources. 1. Google Url 2. Live Search Url 3. Ping-o-matic.com There are many, many more places to submit your blog to, but for now I just wanted to give you a quick start guide you can begin with immediately. You can repeat this process again and again dependent on your target market and the keyword phrases you are looking to get ranked on the search engines for. It also helps to make sure you also optimize your blog post as efficiently as possible by using your keyword phrase in the blog post title and throughout the post itself, making full use of h1,h2 and h3 tags as well as the alt text for any images you include. Finally, to get even more link juice make sure you submit your blog to Blog Catalog and MyBlogLog and soon you will not just be learning how to blog for traffic, but you will actually be doing it!
