Another very common mistake most web designers are doing is that they are not reducing the number of clicks required to reach a selected web page. The issue is when website visitor is offered a lot in a hierarchy then they do not feel it comfortable while navigating on the website.
Linguistic issues are also present in the web development industry as most of the developers are not familiar with Arabic and they do not understand the important language difference between Arabic and English. That is why they do not differentiate between English and Arabic website. The major difference between these two websites is English websites are left justified while Arabic websites are right justified.
