Most of the gay / lesbian parents have either adoptive children or biological children. With the help of medical advancements and technologies, gay / lesbian parents are also having children. It is the result of reproduction techniques. Gay men use surrogate to have the child which will born with the help of any one partner’s sperm while in case of lesbian couple, they have a child with the help of donor’s sperm. Once the individual comes up as gay / lesbian, he / she require legal advices for child’s custody. So, when the gay / lesbian get into child custody dispute with other parents, it is more of a dispute with a heterosexual person. This kind of child dispute is very common among gays / lesbian couples.
