If you are a college student at the University of Alabama, you probably live in various pieces of Bama apparel. They are comfortable, easy to wash, and easy to throw on when you have ten minutes to make it to that early morning class. It doesn't usually get cold enough to validate wearing anything extremely heavy, but that certainly doesn't stop the retailers from selling jackets, gloves, and all the items you'd find at a university bookstore in a much colder climate. Many people are eager to buy these things too, even if they will never get the chance to use them. Despite there being four seasons, you will only need Bama apparel for the times when it is hot outside or somewhat chilly. There is rarely any other kind of weather to contend with. More often than not, students can wear the same sorts of items for the majority of the school year. It might be a good idea to invest in a poncho or a pair of galoshes though.
