Not taking a break You always come home fatigued and irritable. Everybody says you’re overworked, and you all blame the job for being too demanding. Has this been the pattern for every position you accepted in your career? Then it may not be just your job, or the boss, or the economy. Maybe you’re overworked because you’re not being generous to your body. Don’t push yourself to the limit. Others may assume that it’s okay with you.
