Skip hiring is a revolutionary new service that will solve your garbage woes. Some of you may have heard of this service, while some of you may not have. This article is for those of you that haven't heard of skip bins, skip hiring and all the great things it can do for you. So just what are these skip bags that I'm harping about? Skip bags are or bins are the same as your corner garbage bins. The difference is that with these you hire them as and when you need them, for as long as you need them. Let me give you an example. A friend of mine was getting some renovation work done to his bathrooms. The guys he hired to get the work done pulled out all the old fittings and put them in his yard. When he asked them when they were taking them away, they said that they weren't going to because they did not have permits to dump that sort of waste and neither did my friend. Unless he could figure out a way to get rid of those bathroom fixtures he was stuck with them in his yard. The stuff remained there till I visited one day and found out about the problem. That's when I told him about skip bags. A skip bag or bin is a miniature version of the garbage skip. It is called a bag because in many ways it is a bag. It is made of light durable material and can be folded and stored away when not in use. They came in various sizes and grades and you need to choose one depending on what you plan to use it for. What I mean is that you cannot dump construction waste in a bag graded for household waste. Here's how it works. First you need to find a skip hire service in your area. Then you need to call them up and tell them about the waste you wish to dispose of. They will advise you on the size and grade of the bin. Then when you are ready you can call them up and have them send you the bin. Now, there are two ways of doing this. Either you can collect all the waste and call the company and have them haul it away for you or you can hire the bag for the duration of the job and then have them collect it after you are done with it. How you want to go about it is up to you and depends on the charges levied by your local skip hire company. Another great thing about skip hire is that you do not need to be at home when they come around to collect the bag. So if you get the job down on a Sunday and need the bin collected on Monday, you do not need to be home. All you need to do is call the company and inform them that you are done with the bag and they can come collect it. Just be sure to leave it somewhere a dump tipper can get to it. The tipper will come around and collect it and your hassle is solved!
