Rose Farley, 15, collapsed at her parents’ home following a party at a social club. She was rushed to hospital but died 90 minutes later. Officers have launched a probe but are treating her death as “unexplained” until the results of toxicology tests are known. Last night a 16-year-old boy was being quizzed on suspicion of supplying controlled substances. The death of Rose, from West Derby, Liverpool, comes days after Merseyside police warned of the dangers of a potentially deadly new strain of pink ecstasy tablets. Thousands of tributes to the youngster were posted on a Facebook page yesterday — some suggesting her drink was spiked. One woman wrote: “I don’t know what goes though sick little twisted minds to spike a young girl. Low lives. Heart goes out to her family and friends.” Rose had been at a party at the city’s Sylvestrian social club on Friday night. Her dad is believed to be a former Liverpool nightclub owner who is friends with England footballer Steven Gerrard. Det Supt Tim Keelan of Merseyside Police said: “At this stage it is too early to draw conclusions about the cause of death.
