Also not all of us have the model looks and top presentation skills that are required for a really good promotional video. No matter how you approach it, if you want to make a good live-action promotional video it is going to cost you, I know an Iphone can make a video good enough for the internet, but herein lies the problem. Anyone can make a video like that and the internet is saturated with home made promotional videos. You want to stand out not get lost in the crowd. Luckily we do have options, and marketing with animation is a great alternative. You can make very cool videos at a fraction of the cost, and sometimes even free. These videos can convert very well and they are fun to make and watch. You don’t have to work at Pixar either to do this, any picture that moves is considered animation, so there are very good cheap software out there. I’m not going to plug any of them, but a Google search will do the trick. Animation gives you total control of what is in your video, without you having to be in it. You can really produce something special with a little bit of effort. Present the problem and then the solution in your video, through telling a story. The “meet Bob” videos are done on this premises. Bob always has a problem of some sort and then a solution is offered to him and he lives happily ever after, you might have seen these before. If you are still scared of the technical side, just go to Fiverr, there are hundreds of gigs where people will make you a great video for under $40. Alternatively you get the “whiteboard video” where a hand writes and draws on a whiteboard while there is audio explaining everything to the viewer. These videos are very hot at the moment, and I have seen similar videos even on TV ads. KIA Motors has a good one. These big companies use them because they work, they have done all the research for you, you can just go out and make your own whiteboard video without breaking the bank. Search a few of these videos to get some ideas, then go out and make your own masterpiece. So, identify your customers.
