Data processing consists of collection, compilation, and arranging and reaching to a result after studying the data thoroughly. Analysis: 1) The compiled data is presented to the group of analysts who work upon it. These analysts work upon it on, based on past experiences, their knowledge and capability of understanding the data. 2) Data analysis is very crucial for call center because the whole process of data processing is based upon this result. Data is analyzed by specialists in call centers who have enough knowledge to draw proper conclusions from the prescribed data. 3) BPOs work day and night to reach to a conclusion and present the results to clients. Data processing is done through highly skilled people who have thorough knowledge and enough experience to infer the right results. Call centers also take care that the results are submitted well within time to meet client-expectations.
