If you enjoy long afternoons out on the course and television sitcoms, then these hilarious episodes are sure to tickle your funny bone! You will enjoy the silly take each of these modern classics has on the game. Here are three of the funniest sitcom episodes involving golfing or a golf tournament that you just have to watch. Seinfeld - "The Marine Biologist." Kramer enters Jerry's apartment and asks Jerry and George if they want to "have fun." He acquired over 600 Titleist brand balls from a nearby driving range and wants to practice his swing by hitting each into the ocean from the beach in Rockaway. The guys decline his invitation. Meanwhile, Jerry meets up with an old college friend and he decides to set her up with George. Trying to make him sound more interesting, he tells her that George is a marine biologist. Meanwhile, Kramer comes back from the beach, mortified that he missed each ball he swung at except one. Ironically, now George is on that same beach, and Jerry's companion is with him as his date. When a beached whale cries out in pain, George is called upon to save him since his date believes he is a marine biologist. George was retelling the story of how he saved the whale later that day to Kramer, Elaine, and Jerry at Monk's Cafe. He said he felt able to take on his fake role as a marine biologist and do what he needed to do. He found the whale's blowhole was obstructed by an object and he couldn't breathe. As he reiterates the story, he pulls a dimpled, white ball from his pocket and identifies it as the obstruction. As all eyes are now on Kramer, he coyly asks if the ball is a Titleist, and George nods his head. Kramer then shyly states that he got a "hole in one." Everybody Loves Raymond - "Golf For It." Robert and Ray are sent on the mother of all guilt trips when they decide not to help Marie with a with a shelf-building project. The brothers band together to resist her so they can land a prime spot on the course. Their overnight wait in the car for a tee time becomes a brawl over who will take care of Marie when she becomes too old to live by herself. They then decide to play for it later. Finally, the boys come home and build the shelf for Marie. Ray then informs Debra that he won the golf tournament against his brother, so Marie will live with them after Frank dies. King Of Queens - "Missing Links." Carrie's boss at the law firm provides tickets for an annual golf tournament, and she and Doug usually attend as a foursome with their best friends Deacon and Kelly. Unfortunately, Kelly divorced Deacon, and though they feel awkward, they try to find another couple to attend. Soon, Doug and Deacon meet a woman in a diner that Deacon asks out. Deacon can now go on the trip with her as his date. The woman lacks Carrie's biting, sarcastic sense of humor and she feels left out when she doesn't click with her since she appears to click well with Deacon and Doug. After telling Doug that she finds the bubbly woman grating, Carrie attempts to set Deacon up with a co-worker instead. When Doug and Carrie fight it out on the green, Deacon looks on in amusement as his date laughs hysterically. Annoyed, Deacon goes home early, where it appears that he may feel a connection to the dog walker who volunteered to watch his children.
