The use of technology has made it easier for the audit that is very necessary to be carried out faster especially to those businesses that operate online. The use of social media has influenced a lot the change of the business especially those that are involved with the process of brand analysis social media. The texts mined are the ones that talk more on the brand so that the owner can know how well the brand has been known which will later contribute to its sales. Every hidden comment is brought to light the analysis which makes the brand to be well understood by all the customers who come in that business.
