Soiree Bar and Restaurant This two-level establishment includes an exquisite bar area on street level with a large restaurant, stage area, and large circular bar on the floor below. They wanted to create a striking appearance which blended modern design with a sense of the opulent past. We provided a stunning range of fabrics from Harlequin in order to deliver that appearance, with feature wallpapers to enliven the space. The Night Jar The owner of The Night Jar was striving for an Art Deco style ‘speakeasy’ cocktail lounge. The bar itself embraces the heady glamour of the period, with timber panelling and mirrored friezes. We enhanced and added to that design using intimate booth seats in brown faux leather, with high vertical flutes to the back and sides. These were complemented by chairs and barstools of bentwood, and cube stools upholstered in an Art Deco-style fabric. Children’s unit, Salisbury Hospital This children’s unit needed to be practical, comfortable, and colourful at the same time. Together, we decided to use deep purple tub chairs which could be easily moved around while still providing comfort, alongside simple poufs which could be rearranged in various configurations.
