The reason this is last is because many people don't understand how many calories you actually burn when you do it, thus leading them to overeat with the thought that, "Hey, I walked today!" Once you have learned how to eat properly, it is time to focus on working out. The most effective way to lose weight is by doing cardiovascular exercise. This is stuff like walking, running, swimming, biking, and participating in various aerobic classes.
