A T-shirt is something that you can get anywhere and at any price. You can get a T-shirt for just 50 bucks from the store near the bus stop or from the man selling them by the side of the road or you can get yourself a Levi’s shirt that costs you over a thousand bucks or more. Yes, there was a time when I would look at those who would browse through Levi’s shirts for men online or in malls and wonder how foolish they were being, spending a fortune on something that could be bought at the cost of a chicken roll. But you know how annoying friends can be, and I had this really annoying roommate who insisted on getting me a Levi’s shirt for my next birthday, no matter how much I convinced him that this kind of wasteful shopping was not really my thing. So, I had to go with him and have a look at the Levi’s shirts for men on the racks of the mall near our place. I chose the least expensive Levi shirt, one that came for just 539 bucks. It was a simple blue V-necked shirt, but I went for it anyway because I had to choose something, and I didn’t want him to get me an expensive gift. To be honest, I already had a couple of blue T-shirts in my wardrobe, blue being one of my favorite colors. However, there was something about the look of the shirt that made it different from the other T-shirts I had in my wardrobe, and I couldn’t exactly pinpoint what it was. I definitely looked much smarter and much more stylish in this Levi one than I did in my other T-shirts. So, here is what I did. I dug into my wardrobe and got out some T-shirts that had the exact shade of the new Levi’s T-shirt I got. I wore them so I could understand what the difference was. I then realized that I didn’t really have to wear them to realize the difference. The Levi T-shirt that I had then placed on the bed had a better quality, with a fabric that was meant to stay on my body in a stylish way, and the color was such that I was sure would not get faded with a few washes. The T-shirt had a cut that was perfect and made me look stylish while I stood, sat and walked around. So I have reserved my Levi T-shirt for special occasions till I save and shop online to get a few more Levi's shirts.
