Listen close for stutters in the movement or if it sounds like it is working harder than normal. Ever so often, watch the drive mechanism move the door and make sure it moves smooth and easy. Inspect the points where the carrier attaches to the door and make sure they are tight. Also, check the bolts on the point where the track is fastened to the wall above the door.
