Minnesotans must have official US passports if they want to fly domestically. New Hampshire received a waiver that lasts only until June 1 of 2016. The state legislature must make a decision to comply with the regulations by that time. "Two-thirds of Americans do not have passports," stated NH Governor Margaret Hasson. "Lack of access to federally accepted identification could also hurt our businesses."
