Grinding Method: When the metal needs to be incredibly smooth, a metal grinding machine is used. When the wheels of the machine come into contact with the surface of the steel, they grind off the top layer, smoothing the surface of the steel. Flame Cutting Method: The most commonly used method of shaping steel or any other metal is flame cutting, which cuts the steel with the help of a highly concentrated source of heat. A gas flame of around 3,500 degrees centigrade is moved over the steel at the desired point and the heat burns through the metal, melting it away, resulting in metal cut to a specific shape. Burning Method: Similar to flame cutting, the burning method works simply by burning the metal along a specified line. The material along this line then melts and the material when an order is received they get a metal order, the customer always provides information such as the required size, thickness and depth so that the metal can be made to their precise requirements.
