CNC controlled laser cutting offers a highly accurate method of profiling materials such as;

Very advanced cutting machinery can handle plate and sheet materials up to 20mm thick, 3 metres long and 1.5 metres wide. They can readily profile sheets of metal this size rapidly and cleanly, working at low temperatures to minimise any heat distortion and produce excellent finished results.

Laser scanning measures the dimensions of 2D components, scans a sample part and then delivers the precise electronic drawing which is ready for manufacture and any future references. Laser scanning may also be used for quality inspection of 2D components.
Press braking is a complete in-house operations facility and can help cut out the number of suppliers in the chain. This can help save on the number of added operations a part goes through and accelerates the process to delivery.
CAD services are complete in-house draughting services for the initial design and any alterations to the design of the components.
Flatbed laser profiling takes advantage of laser cutting machines capable of handling large sheets or plates of aluminium, brass, mild steel and stainless steel. The size of these sheets may be up to 3,000mm long, 1,500mm wide and up to 20mm in thickness.
It works by using a computer to direct the output of a high power laser. The material then burns, melts or vaporizes away.
