In some situations, you may be required to attend a driving course in order to have your license reinstated.
- You need to hire an attorney. After your arrest, you’ll be arraigned. During this time, your charges are formally read, and you’re given the opportunity to plead guilty or not guilty. This is as far as you want to go on your own. Hiring an attorney is the best way to minimize the damage done by your arrest.
