I often get emails from various readers and food lovers asking about some recipes to make quick breakfast. But the other day, while checking mail, I came across of one where a girl has written about her plight. She is single and staying alone in Melbourne for her new job. And unfortunately, she is not an expert cook either. But it wasn’t possible for her at all to depend on junk food every day. So, in such a dire situation she had written to me, asking for help.
Reading her mail, I realised that it was just not her, but there were many in the similar situation. So, for them, I tried to come up with some easy breakfast recipes that will not only keep them full for a long period of time, but will be nutritious too. Breakfast is the first important meal of the day. So, it should be a filling one as it will keep you energised for the whole day.
So, if you are looking for such quick recipes, take a look at the following points. I am sure you will find them helpful.
Baked Buns with Sausage Egg and Cheese
If you are staying alone and working, I am sure you will have some leftover buns and rolls in your kitchen. So, when you wake up in the morning, look for those hamburger buns Melbourne in your kitchen. If you find some, then spread them on a butter coated baking dish. Now, cook some sausages with olive oil, salt, pepper, and onions. Make sure that there is no pinkness left in the sausages. Cook till they turn dry. Then spread it on the buns on the baking dish. Add two eggs, some more butter, salt and pepper on it. Add plenty of cheese. If you wish, then you can sprinkle some other herbs too for taste. Now, bake it for a few minutes until the eggs are set. Rest assured, this will keep you full even if you are going to have late lunch due to workload at the office.
Bistro Breakfast Burger
This is also a very quick and one of my favourite recipes. All you need is ground beef, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and paprika. First, preheat the oven in 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix these two types of sauce with some brown sugar and ketchup. Mix beef with paprika, salt, and pepper separately. Now, cook the bacon strips until bacon fat leaves the strips. Now, place the burger patties of beef and cook till they turn into a glorious shade of brown. Removing it from the skillet, cook 4 eggs with the bacon fat, that left the strips before. Now, place the buns in butter coated baking sheets and toast them till they are a bit crisp. Now, place a slice of cheese, then the burger patty and then add the bacon strips. Now, place the other bun on the top of it. Your delicious burger is ready for your breakfast.
Pita Sandwich
Pita bread is quite popular and easily available in any supermarket. You can have Souvlaki pita bread Melbourne for a filling brunch. But here I am going to tell you about pita sandwich that you can make easily. Put your pita in the oven to toast. Now, cook potato with egg, cheese, and onion. Add salt and pepper to it.
