C. It truly is not appreciated by the wounded person.
2. Give yourself a break
Wounds are the symbol of hard work and since they are so the scars that they leave behind are equally hard to wipe out. I agree broken armors say courage but it is important to mend that brokenness to keep moving forward. It’s fascinating how our body keeps evolving and goes through so many changes from the beginning of time until the very end. But any lasting injury or the aftermath of it (pain) is a sign that your body requires to regain the strength and recover from the loss it recently went through. Rest for some period of time; let your body heal. Give your body time to prepare itself once again.
3. Don’t panic:
it was an accident and could’ve happened to anybody. Don’t blame yourself and do not panic. Accept it and follow those instructions like command form the doctor for a speedy recovery.
4. Start with walking
Begin with baby steps because it’s really not smart to just get up and start running again. Move only whenever absolutely necessary. Tissues take their own take time in repairing themselves. Keep your walking pace slow for some period of time.
5. Proper diet
Food is almost everything that either keeps you alive or kills you. Get in the habit of eating healthy. Continue with the proper diet that includes lots of vitamins and nutrition to get you back on your feet. Eat freshly plucked fruits, non-fertilized food products, and super-food of all kind.
