Deep breathing through meditation deep breathing through meditation is some of the most effective and almost free of cost methods to deal with your pain with a holistic approach. It helps you destress your mind and body to come into sync which releases tension and tightness in your muscles. The breathing techniques can be found on youtube and many other platforms you can also take yoga classes as it helps you understand the effects directly. The focus of these techniques is to stay away from distracting thoughts and to concentrate on your breath as you inhale and exhale. This really helps you connect with your body through the mind. Persistence is the key to see results as its a way of life.

Reduce stress by exercising Depression, anxiety, anger are some of the things that trigger chronic pain. Exercising is one of the best ways to deal with these issues as they release natural Endorphins. Endorphin is a chemical released by your brain when you exercise. Exercise can help improve your mood positively and blocks pain signals, as It improves your muscle strength to prevent injuries. It also keeps your body weight under control which is a huge factor to prevent pain as it helps you have a healthy heart, keeps your sugar under control and blood pressure to normal. which is a major factor in preventing pain. Take exercise breaks throughout the day. Try three 10- minute “mini-workouts” instead of 30 minutes all at once. Make an appointment with yourself to exercise. Set aside specific times and days of the week for physical activity. Exercise with a friend and get the added benefit of emotional support. Ask for help at home so you can exercise.

Eating healthy Eat healthily is probably the shortest way to deal with leading a pain-free life. As prevention is better than cure. Eating healthy means a conscious habit that motivates you to lead a good quality of life. As it prevents unwanted processed sugars, fried foods, untimely meals, overeating and staying away from smoking or drinking liquor, These are some preventive measure. Eating right Eating your veggies, fruits, milk, eggs, and making sure you get all the essential vitamins and minerals like iron, zinc, magnesium, etc these are some of the most important ingredients to keep the pain at bay as it improves the functioning of your heart and kidneys to avoid any blocks. Its almost like an engine which will function well if the regular maintenance like changing the engine oil, washing, and regular service can address all the dysfunctioning parts to function.

Posture It is one of the keys to observe your posture as it is a repetitive habit and can have a long-lasting effect. Simply by observing some posture exercises can help with great deal to avoid pain prone areas like back pain, knee pain neck pain etc. for example people who work in front of desktops can have issues like carpel tunnel which decreased functioning of your fingers and palms, or back pain due to sitting posture or quality of the chair, ergonomic videos online can help you understand these factors more in-depth.

What you carry Caution while lifting weights at work or at a gym with a proper understanding of their body limits helps prevent muscle pulls or slip disc or back injuries which are common in these scenarios. As simple as having a big wallet in your pocket can deform your sitting posture and can lead to pain problems. Avoid high heels or any footwear that does not adapt to your feet or body type should be changed immediately. Skinny jeans or tight clothes that interfere with sitting, bending, walking and proper blood circulation through your body can aggravate pain-related problems.

Hydrating Making sure you are well hydrated is one of the most neglected tasks in many peoples lives as many studies have shown that most of the health issues like pain related can have overwhelming effects on one's body. It helps regulate your blood flow, precipitation, kidney functioning, cartilage rejuvenation in the joints.
