I wanted to talk to you about some of the female bodybuilding lessons I've learned over the years training in this sport. Most women are a bit intimidated to get into this sport. I suppose there is a stigma when it comes to women putting on muscle. I would tell these women to not hold back because it's your life and inevitably it's your choice how you live it. This sport is tough and that's what I like about it. It challenges me to push myself to new levels and develops me into a stronger person. This is why I want to share with you the female bodybuilding lessons that I've experienced as I've trained. The first lesson that I've learned is that you can cheat. That sounds sort of bad to start, but I think it's important to understand. Sometimes you're going to eat something you shouldn't or you're going to miss a workout because you just didn't feel like it. It's okay. You have to recognize that doing this now and than isn't a big deal. What counts is your behavior daily, over time. That doesn't give you permission to cheat all the time, but if you do it now and than, you're fine. Another one of the female bodybuilding lessons is to not follow the crowd. You're going to see people working out at the gym and you may feel the need to do what they're doing. Well, the vast majority of people at the gym don't know what they're doing. You're actually better off avoiding the majority. Stick with the road less traveled, doing squats, deadlifts and other compound exercises. Learn more with the Female Bodybuilding Guide.
