A hemorrhoid is a disease faced by children and adults, it is quite normal to have one. It develops when rectal and anal veins starts to get swollen by long sitting hours and the strain caused by it. Do not sit or stand for long hours when you are going though hemorrhoid. You should consider your diet for this reason and consume plenty of fiber, whole grain foods, vegetables and beans. Fiber is really helpful in letting you pass stools easily. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily that will help you to pass stool easily and lower the inflammation in your body.
In addition you should do regular exercise which will help you to digest food properly and pass stool with more ease. Include walking or running for at least 30 minutes in your exercise plan and avoid lifting heavy objects and straining your lower body. Do not strain your self when you are having a bowel movement.
