Exercise Maybe you already engage in regular exercise because your concern about maintaining your weight. What you may not realize is that each time you exercise, your body releases compounds called endorphins which have amazing benefits for your skin. Avoidance of tobacco If you took up cigarettes when you were young, you might of been aware of the risks to your general health. It will gradually develop the texture of tissue paper, which only becomes more exaggerated over time. One reality is that, like all things, your skin will age.
