1.) Minimize Rubbing Eyes – did you know that the eye skin is the most sensitive and thinnest skin on your body? Frequent rubbing of your eyes can cause permanent damage to your eye tissues. Always make sure that you remove makeup before going to bed, and apply moisturizing cream every night to keep your eye skin hydrated. When massaging your eyes, always use your pinky and move from the outer part to the inner part of the eyes to minimize the stretching of your eye skin.
2.) Reduce or Avoid Salt Intake – if you are going to bed, you need to avoid salt intake as much as possible. While sleeping, the distribution of fluids in our body slows down and salty foods tend to absorb twice more liquids compared to other foods, which dehydrates the other parts of our body.
3.) Vitamins – if you want to deal with wrinkles, fine lines, and other signs of aging on your eyes, you need to take vitamins. Vitamin deficiency will not only make your body weaker, but will also accelerate the development of eye aging. Aside from this, you can also strengthen your immune system by taking vitamins on a regular basis.
