Global warming has an effect not just on living things but has harmed technological activities too. IT professionals are showing greater concern for natural disasters as they can be directly responsible for data loss. Some group of people say that they need to improve their existing security for data security purpose, the other group suggests that they need to move their data center to higher ground and a third group likely to take both the steps. Companies are moving their data centers away from the flood plain areas. Many companies are also proposing to establish more than one data center as a backup.
