A wedding decision brings a lot of happiness in the lives, but at the same time it brings stress and worries related to the organization of the events. Wedding dress, venue, menu, guest- list, decoration and all the miscellaneous things requires a lot of planning. Wedding decoration is an important part of the wedding. It is the decoration which makes a wedding memorable. Centerpieces are the main part of any wedding decoration. Feathers are a great alternate to a usual floral arrangements.Unlike flowers, feathers are reusable and can stay fresh for very long. Feathers are available in a variety of colors and you can therefor try different combinations with feathers. If you have a color theme in your mind you can, use feathers to execute it. If you are on a strict you can make cheap feather weeding centerpieces. Buying wholesale feathers can save a lot of cost for you. Here are a few ideas for making unique centerpieces with feathers. 1. Single feathers Centerpieces: You can make beautiful centerpieces on a budget with a single peacock feather. Take a glass cylinder of about 8 inches long. Add crystals at its base and fill it water. Insert a peacock eye feather trimmed in its length and a single flower like an orchid or a lily. This is an elegant centerpiece and looks amazing with flower floating inside the water and contrasting with the gorgeous peacock feather. You can try some variations with different shapes of containers. 2. Small Elegant Centerpieces: When it comes to feather centerpieces, what comes to mind is usually the large centerpieces with Eiffel tower vases and lots of large feathers. But, small is also beautiful sometimes. You can make a small yet elegant centerpiece with single feather, one or two florets with green leaves. Take a golden, small ceramic vase. Get one or two, natural or artificial florets with pink color flowers and green leaves and insert in the vase. Now take a single peacock feather that has been bleached and dyed in the same pink shade. This centerpiece is a perfect choice for a wedding event. 3. Budget centerpieces: Another idea for budget centerpieces is using champagne bottles. You can collect the champagne bottles from a junk yard or house waste. Get these bottles sprayed with a color of your choice. Select a few florets and feathers in contrasting colors with the bottle to complete the centerpiece. 4. No cost Centerpieces: If you have spent a major part of your wedding budget in other things and you want to cut down your spending in decoration, go for this centerpiece. Collect some thin twigs, cut them off in equal lengths, and bundle them up. Add a few pheasant feathers in the bundle and tie them up with a satin ribbon.
