I had to focus on myself and learn to make changes so I could secure weight loss results. After a few months, I was able to lose more weight than I had originally planned. I was stunned. The Secret To Burning More Calories For Quicker Weight Loss Focus. Stay focused on your goals. Make sure you write them down and read them daily. I even attached pictures to help me visualize what I wanted to accomplish. Make them specific and measurable. Lemon Tea. Drink hot lemon tea first thing every morning. Sweeten it with stevia or honey. If you drink it before you eat or drink anything else, you will speed up your metabolism and curb cravings. Essential Oils. Use them daily to suppress hunger, induce fat burning, reduce stress and increase your energy. The oils were a game changer for me. It was the tool I needed to turn my body into a fat burning machine. Use caution when applying essential oils. Hydration. Drink a ton of water everyday. This is huge for burning more calories.
