Eassos has released new PartitionGuru 4.9.3 version, a profession partition manager and data recovery application. This edition includes new features, stability improvements and bug fixes. The major breakthrough achieved in this 4.9.3 version is adding support to file system EXT2/3/4. Eassos PartitionGuru has two versions: the paid version and free version. Upgrades are available on both versions. This application provides access to disk space management such as create, resize, backup, extend, clone or hide partition. This tool also supports managing virtual disks, dynamic disks and RAID, such as disk mirroring, copying sectors, convert GPT to MBR , partition disk, etc. The previous package provided full read-write support of NTFS, exFAT, FAT12, FAT16 and FAT32 and read-support for EXT2/3/4. The latest upgrade adds write-support for EXT2/3/4 file system, thus users becomes able to create and access EXT2/3/4 volumes easily. The process of formatting partition to EXT2/3/4 is fast. Apart from being able to manage disk and partition, the program can also fulfill data recovery tasks for users who lose data due to accidental deletion, formatting or RAW drive from hard drive, virtual disk and RAID arrays. A hex editor is built in the application, which can be used by experienced users to edit raw data. Besides, data backup function is included to safeguard data. Operating system can also be backed up to multiple restore points so that its user can restore Windows when computer corrupts. Some useful functions are also included in this software, for example, view HDD S.M.A.R.T., check and repair bad sectors , detect 4k alignment, permanently erase data, batch format USB disks, etc. The interface of PartitionGuru has a clear layout. Files and folders in each partition are listed in a way similar to Windows File Explorer. Click the directory on left panel, files and folders will be displayed on the right area.
