The partners have a combined experience of over 40 years in health and social care ranging from managing domiciliary and residential care services, community nursing, contracting and commissioning and direct service delivery.
We work in partnership with the Local Authority as an Approved Provider and with the NHS Continuing Care Teams across Kent.
