Author Comment / Biography: Having over 20 years of leadership and training experience, I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute. I’m also an Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) through the Center for Right Relationship and an Authorized Professional Facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment tool developed by Team Coaching International.
With hands-on experience as owner and operator of several successful business ventures and my extensive training in leadership, communication and relationships, I not only teach and talk, I lived and walked the walk too!
My passion and ability is to assist leaders to fully recognize who they are today… moving them forward to where they want to be tomorrow. I feel a profound amount of gratitude when I see my clients taking charge of their life through the creative principles, strategies, tools and continuous support I provide them while taking them on their leadership journey. It’s very enlightening to see qualities they didn’t even know existed begin to emerge as I challenge them to stretch and grow, seeking balance between professional and personal life – while reaching for greater satisfaction and productivity in all of their life roles.
My personal expertise and coaching doesn’t follow a “cookie cutter” approach. Rather I design a program to fit the specific individual and teams, bringing mission, values, purpose, skills and strengths, into alignment. Again with an emphasis on both professional and personal life.
