Memorable Quote 1: Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent - Asimov
Author Comment / Biography: I set up the business in 2002 and chose to operate as a sole trader, using the name of the local landmark (The Chevin) as the basis of the name. After 30 years living on the doorstep of the Peak District and after several years of preparation and saving, myself, my wife and our 3 cats moved to France in 2009, from where I continue to run the business as before.
My strengths lie in the coding of a web site, I use clean coding that complies with current web standards and that is search engine friendly. Anumber of the niche sites that I have produced have hit the top of Google on the strength of the coding and content alone, for example, search Google for Complementary Health Derby to find the web site of Jo Hale, who practices Qi-Gong offers various other complementary health treatments and homeopathy in Derby.
I carry out a lot of SEO for clients and one of the things I do is to write and syndicate articles such as those found on this site.
I have a life away from the computer and enjoy being in the great outdoors, climbing, mountain biking and walking, with a preference for mountains rather than farmland as you can probably guess from the photo!
